aking ? Are the faces broken? O-Rings cut ? Pitting ? Our team can not only help you diagnose why the seal failed, but also determine whether the seal is repairable.
We work on all types of mechanical seals currently on the market, and have the knowledge and technique to repair them. This includes split seals, cassette style seals, single and double seals, gas seals, mixer seals, rotary and stationaries, among many more. Additionally, we can make recommendations on material selection if we see that the seal failed due to material-product compatibility.
Our goal is to get you, our customers, back up and running as quickly as possible. We have the skill and tools to accurately diagnose and clean the seals. Once cleaned, we assemble repairable seals in our clean room to avoid contaminants. Parts for assembly are either stocked or can be quicklly delivered to our facility thanks to our reliable distribution network. Once assembled, mechanical seals are pressure tested to ensure they will work properly in the field.
